We try to give as much information as we can about our products online, but if you still have questions, don't be afraid to ask before you purchase. We can even custom make some items to match your needs and guarantee your delight!

Change of mind or accidental damage? Sorry, as we are a small boutique business, refunds are not available for change of mind.

Can I return my item for a full refund? Sorry to hear you wish to return your product to us. Much care has been put into the production of your item and getting your goodies to you. Unfortunately Pink Lake Road is unable to provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

HAS YOUR ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED? Contact us immediately to discuss.

Whoops, my item is faulty! Sorry if you have noticed your item has a manufacturing fault*, we do endeavour to provide you with nothing but the best.  Please get in touch with us and we can arrange a replacement. We do request any faulty items are returned within 7 days from receipt of the item to Pink Lake Road.

*No returns, refunds, or exchanges are applicable for items that have been used, damaged, or otherwise not in the condition that they were originally sent and received. A refund will be paid to your nominated account once the item has been received, if it meets the terms above. 

Custom items can not be returned or refunded in full.
